I do not work for free, or for 'exposure', but my rates are reasonable and flexible. The goal is to get your book looking good!
Every price below is a starting point. Tell me about your project and I'll give you a firm number before any work begins.
A Note on AI
I don't work with AI-generated material. That means I won't edit or lay out a manuscript that was written by AI, and I won't design a cover built from AI-generated art. It also means my own process stays human: no generative AI in my editing, layout, or design work, ever. Every page and every cover you get from me was made by hand, by someone who actually read your book.

Every formatting project includes both ebook and print.

Manuscripts must arrive in an MS Word compatible format. PDFs are not accepted. Interior images should be 300 dpi, PNG or PDF. Ebook-only projects quoted on request.
Cover Design
Every cover includes the ebook cover and the full print wrap: front, spine, and back.

How It Works
- Who I work with
- I take on United States based clients only.
- Turnaround
- Most formatting and cover projects are delivered in two weeks or less. Editing timelines depend on length and depth, and are quoted up front.
- Revisions included

Formatting: two rounds of corrections after you review the proof.
Covers: two concepts, then two rounds of revisions on the one you pick.
Editing: one follow-up pass plus questions and answers on the edited manuscript. - What counts as a revision
- Changes to work I've already delivered are revisions. A brand new creative direction, or manuscript changes made after editing has started, is new work at the hourly rate. I'll always tell you before anything crosses that line.
- Sequencing
- A print wrap needs a final page count to size the spine, so covers are finished after the interior is locked. Booking both together avoids the wait.
- Booking and payment
- A 50% deposit reserves your slot, and the balance is due on delivery. I accept Venmo and PayPal.
- Rush work
- Need it faster? Expedited scheduling is available for an additional 35%.
